Work Experience

Deciding to start a company is a bold one to make at any time, particularly one of global economic turmoil. However, now is the right time to leverage my more than 12 years experience in the City of London and beyond. I have started my own company, Project Team Support Limited offering the service provision of premium proposal and presentation graphics services, as well as consulting and change management services. I am dedicated that both myself and my team will deliver measurable results for clients. Off-shoring and change management
KPMG LLP
In my final three years at KPMG I became deeply involved and instrumental in the firm's off-shoring ambitions in regard to graphics support. I have extensive and deep experience of the reality of off-shoring and change management projects. I can bring this experience to bear to help clients when considering or involved in projects of this sort.
People leadership and management
KPMG LLP
Over the course of my decade of working for KPMG I became a team manager and leader. At its peak, my onshore team was a seven-day a week, 24 hours a day team of more than fifty onshore staff. I had a fantastic team of talented permanent and contractor members of staff who I was able to lead and develop. With more than half of my team of permanent staff having being promoted at least one, sometimes two grades in their roles and careers within the firm during my time as their manager. I feel this is testament and external confirmation of my skill in the identification and selection of talented individuals, as well as my development of my team and capability as a people leader.
Project management
KPMG LLP
For over two years I was responsible for managing all tactical tasks relating to the planning, development, and deployment of a suite of software tools, add-ins and plug-ins for Microsoft Office. This role involved extensive project management of a virtual team based in multiple countries and time zones. It reported directly to the Global Technology Director. This project was so successful that it became a default part of the firm's global desktop.
Presentation graphics
KPMG LLP, PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, Goldman Sachs
I joined Goldman Sachs when I moved to the United Kingdom. At Goldman Sachs I was trained by, at the time, the leaders and best in our industry. I learnt the importance of brand, style, accuracy, creativity and design. I was able to use this as my foundation and guide in the teams and services that I went on to be a part of, to develop and lead at PwC Consulting and KPMG.
Account management and client service
Thomson Corporation
Although more than a decade ago, in Australia I was an Account Executive with the Thomson Corporation (now Thomson Reuters). In this role I was responsible for meeting and managing client needs for knowledge, experience and training in relation to accountancy, law, environmental regulation and ISO certification. I worked with a man who I still admire today and who taught me how to serve and to sell. After my mentor I was the second member of the 'Million dollar club' and am very proud of this achievement and the things I learnt to this day.
